Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) is an EPA accepted method of leak detection based on the statistical analysis of the daily inventory information, already recorded by the tank owner/operator.

SIR requires no excessive down times, no topping of tanks, no pressurizing of the system. There is no capital investment as there would be with Automatic Tank Gauging, and lines are tested along with the tanks. Best of all, your system is monitored twelve times a year for less than it would cost for any alternative method.
